Postponing Courses - Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic

APSMO would like to advise that, due to recent developments in the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we have made the decision to POSTPONE some of our professional learning courses until later in the year.

This decision has been made with the health and safety interests of both our participants and our course presenters in mind.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we are working to re-schedule these courses as soon as possible.

Please be assured that if you have already booked into any of the courses listed below, you will receive booking priority for the re-scheduled date.  New dates will be advised as soon as they are confirmed.

Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) : Risk Management at APSMO PL Courses

APSMO treats the safety of our course participants and presenters with the utmost importance. With this in mind, we are taking the following steps to reduce the risk of community transmission of COVID-19 at our courses.

Attendees are advised not to attend an APSMO courses if they have:

  • left, or transited through mainland China in the last 14 days;

  • left, or transited through Iran, Italy or Republic of Korea in the last 14 days; or,

  • been in close contact with a confirmed case of coronavirus in the last 14 days.

Prevent the Spread: Hygiene

Hand sanitisers will be available at our courses.

We strongly suggest that individuals also adopt the following practices as recommended by NSW Health:

  • wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or use an alcohol-based sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol before and after eating, and after using the restroom;

  • cover your sneeze or cough with a tissue or flexed elbow;

  • avoid close contact with others who are ill; and,

  • avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
